ABOUT THE FOUNDATION
Our mission is to unite society for positive changes by supporting public initiatives and developing systematic philanthropy.
The Foundation was created on March 13, 2003, by a group of activists from non-governmental organizations and local business representatives professing the principles of social responsibility. Over 20 years of activity, the Foundation has implemented many important humanitarian and social projects, always responding to the urgent needs of the community and the challenges that arise, whether it’s COVID or war.
Since the first days of the war, we have been working under the program “Save Together! Kherson” – providing direct financial assistance to families with children of both liberated and occupied communities of the region; medical equipment and medicines – to hospitals; computer, multimedia and other equipment – to educational institutions looted by the occupiers.
Team
In general, the Foundation focuses on two main areas: 1) systematic philanthropy, which involves solving problems of socially vulnerable groups of the population by providing assistance to social institutions, medical and educational institutions that suffer from a lack of state funding; and 2) support for the development of civil society through information and educational events for non-governmental organizations, participation in democratic processes, and advocacy campaigns.
The Foundation is independent in decision-making from any political party, individual businesses, oligarchs or the government.
The main principles by which the Foundation operates are transparency, accountability and publicity.
In 2022, according to the results of the All-Ukrainian Rating “Charity Compass of Ukraine”, the Foundation received the highest rating – 5 stars.
