the team consists of 7 people, including 3 in the organization's staff and 4 with individual entrepreneur status (FOP).
Avoiding the threat looming over the Foundation’s team from occupiers, members of the leadership and staff evacuated from the occupied city of Kherson to various cities within Ukraine and abroad, continuing humanitarian programs to aid Kherson and its residents.
Currently, three people work in the office in Kyiv: chairwoman of the board, SMM manager and office manager. Program manager operates in Ivano-Frankivsk, communication manager – in Ternopil, administrator of the platform “Hear the Community of Kherson” – in Kryvyi Rih, financial manager – in Tbilisi (Georgia).
The team possesses remote teamwork techniques, leveraging Microsoft for Nonprofits and Google for Nonprofits licenses along with their respective programs.
