In August 2026, the Community Foundation of Kherson “Zakhyst” continued to support Kherson and its residents who have been forcibly displaced to other regions of Ukraine. The total assistance budget amounted to UAH 72,534.
Key Areas of Assistance
🔹 One medical centre received 50 mini power banks for blood donors, worth UAH 10,000.
🔹 Residents of villages in the Chornobaivka community without shops selling clothing and footwear received 50 boxes of clothing and footwear, worth UAH 4,017.
🔹 One hospital in Kherson received 25 boxes of adult diapers for patients, provided free of charge.
🔹 UAH 54,500 was allocated to producing the 2027 charity calendar “My Kherson Through the Eyes of Artist Oleksandr Stepanenko”.
Support for Internally Displaced Kherson Residents
Through the “Vilni Razom” (“Free Together”) Support Centre for Kherson Residents in Kropyvnytskyi, 50 boxes of clothing and footwear from Germany, worth UAH 4,017, were delivered to our fellow Kherson residents.
