Since the day of the terrorist act at the Kakhovka HPP, the Community Foundation of Kherson “Zakhyst” in partnership with the Kherson Regional State Administration has appealed to philanthropists, organizations, and businesses of Ukraine to help the flooded territories of the Kherson region.
The Foundation accumulated financial resources in order to gather funds for heavy equipment without spending them for current needs (they were also closed, but not from this special purpose account).
We can report that we have purchased the Ford truck, which will be used for transporting equipment, including to the flooded rural communities to restore life there.
The total cost of the truck is UAH 4,820,860.80 (the invoice is attached).
The Ford has already arrived in Kherson and is now in service of the regional communal emergency and rescue service.
The next step will be the arrival of the platform for this truck in Kherson. Report will be provided later!
