In February 2026, the Community Foundation of Kherson “Zakhyst” allocated UAH 1,070,720 to support Kherson and internally displaced residents from the Kherson community. The assistance covered the medical sector, humanitarian needs, and support for aid centers in different cities across Ukraine.
Support to Kherson
🔹 Equipment for a Mental Health Center
Medical equipment worth UAH 961,686 was delivered to one of the hospitals.
🔹 NGO “Center for Change Progress”
43 C-A-T tourniquets were provided, totaling UAH 28,131.
🔹 Dnipro District Red Cross Organization
Received 489 kg of clothing and bed linen from Germany, valued at UAH 24,174.
🔹 Support for hospitals
Five hospitals received 2,355 kg of diapers for patients with limited mobility (provided free of charge).
🔹 NGO “Sofia Center”
Received 494 kg of blankets and bed linen (provided free of charge).
🔹 Dnipro District Red Cross Organization
Additionally received 54 kg of adult diapers (provided free of charge).
Support for Aid Centers for IDPs from Kherson
Humanitarian shipments of clothing, footwear, and toys from Germany were distributed to aid centers for Kherson IDPs in various cities:
- Ivano-Frankivsk — 320 kg (UAH 8,166)
- Kropyvnytskyi — 645.5 kg (UAH 16,473)
- Mykolaiv — 657 kg (UAH 16,638)
- Khmelnytskyi — 605.5 kg (UAH 15,452)
