In April 2025, the Community Foundation of Kherson “Zakhyst” continued to support Kherson residents who have found themselves in difficult circumstances due to the war. Over the month, a total of UAH 186,950 worth of aid was provided.
We focused on the needs of families with young children, ensuring they received essentials for comfort and safety.
What we were able to provide:
- 92 pairs of children’s rubber boots — to keep little feet dry during rainy spring days
- 108 packs of Organic milk (Germany) — for infants who require specialized nutrition
- 7 baby walkers and 1 stroller — to support child development and ease for parents
- 12 pairs of school shoes — for children studying in new communities
- 8 sets of children’s clothing
- UAH 40,040 — for purchasing baby food (jars and cereals)
- UAH 6,300 — for purchasing medical supplies
